Whether you want to lose weight or tone up for the beach, our classes can be specifically structured to suit your personal needs. They are fun, informal and there is something to suit any age or ability. Just come and give one a go!
- Boxercise: A fun non-combative exercise class using boxing exercises to tone up improve fitness.
- Beginners Boxercise: A boxercise class specifically aimed at people wishing to lose weight. Nutritional advice is available. Weighing and measuring is an additional option.
- Amateur Boxing: Aimed a youths looking to compete at amateur boxing tournaments. Start training now to be ready for the London Olympics in 2012!
- Under 18s Fitness: Fun fitness classes, based on boxercise, to get your children and teenagers active and healthy.
Dave also provides Personal Training Sessions. These total one on one sessions can include nutritional advice, weight control, fitness training including use of boxing equipment, cardio machines and weights if required. Improve your mind and body.
Spit 'n' Sawdust also provides:
