Whether you want to lose weight or tone up for the beach, our classes can be specifically structured to suit your personal needs. They are fun, informal and there is something to suit any age or ability. Just come and give one a go!

Dave also provides Personal Training Sessions. These total one on one sessions can include nutritional advice, weight control, fitness training including use of boxing equipment, cardio machines and weights if required. Improve your mind and body.

A fun, non-combative, exercise class using boxing exercises to tone up and improve fitness.
